BEFORE YOU JOIN

A few things to know.

Which platforms can I try?

The beta focuses on a Mac viewer connecting to Mac and Linux hosts. Mac builds target Apple Silicon. Linux setups are arranged during onboarding. Windows and mobile availability have not been announced.

Will it work from a hotel or an office?

It depends on both networks. Direct connections can be blocked by router or firewall restrictions. Automatic port mapping is enabled by default, but the router must support and allow it. Check your setup and find the next step. Please test the networks you plan to use.

Is relay service included?

Free, Personal, and Team are direct-only plans. Optional relay service is planned exclusively for Enterprise under a separate agreement. Enterprise pricing and usage allowances have not been announced, and the service is not available in the current beta.

Is the Apple viewer a separate purchase?

No. The plan is to distribute the viewer for free and offer optional subscriptions on the Luxwarp website. There is no Apple in-app subscription checkout in the current product.

Can I subscribe now?

Not yet. Standard Free access is available today, while Personal and Team prices and Enterprise terms are launch proposals. Paid subscriptions and upgrades are not yet available.
