Paid Sales Terms

These sales terms are for a future paid subscription that you explicitly purchase. Free and the current Personal and Team free beta do not collect payment and do not automatically convert to paid plans.
When paid checkout becomes available, we will show the final price, currency, taxes, billing period, named-user or seat quantity, automatic renewal, cancellation and refund terms before you confirm payment. A proposed price alone is not an offer that starts a purchase.

A paid subscription grants access to Luxwarp remote-desktop software and account features for the subscription period. Personal covers one named user, including work use; Team covers the named-user seats and team device access confirmed at purchase. The actual limits and features follow the plan information and checkout terms. You are not buying a physical computer, cloud GPU, or ownership of your files.
Purchase and delivery
A paid subscription begins only when you review the checkout terms and explicitly confirm a purchase. We provide the corresponding account entitlement after payment is approved and confirmed. If payment fails or access does not appear, email inquiry@luxwarp.com with your account email and order or receipt ID. Do not send card numbers or CVC.
If Paddle is Merchant of Record for a future purchase, checkout and the receipt will identify the seller, applicable buyer terms and refund policy, buyer support, and the subscription management route. No paid checkout or operating subscription management portal exists today.
Renewal, changes, and cancellation
A paid subscription may automatically renew on the billing period disclosed before purchase. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge while retaining access through the end of the paid period. We will give notice before renewal of material changes to renewal terms as required by applicable law. If changing plans or seat quantity would prorate or charge immediately, we will show the amount and effective time before confirmation. Uninstalling the app or asking to delete an account does not cancel a subscription. The first paid charge is fully refundable on request within seven days regardless of use. Features and connection requirements
The features and limits of a paid plan are those shown at purchase. Review download and platform limitations and connection setup for host online status, OS permissions, router, firewall, and internet requirements for direct connections. We do not guarantee connection on every network, a particular quality level, relay, or planned features.
Mandatory rights and other terms
Non-waivable statutory rights to withdraw, obtain a refund, or seek remedies for non-conforming service take priority over these terms. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. Send purchase questions or disputes to inquiry@luxwarp.com.
